Atsá Biyáázh - Rhythm and Renewal

Friday, February 21, 2025, 5:30 pm - 7 pm — Main Library, Window Rock, AZ

Join us as Hózhó Place will lead the Rhythm and Renewal, an hour-and-a-half event that includes:

  • Gentle Yoga
  • Restoration Breathwork
  • Sound Healing

A very relaxing evening from 5:30 pm - 7 pm on Friday, February 21st at the Main Library in Window Rock, AZ.

Free to attend! We will have yoga mats available.

Mission Statement

The mission of  the Navajo Nation Library is to provide free, equitable access and services that combine and integrates Diné traditional knowledge with library and information services. Our goal is to empower all Diné community members through literacy, technology, creativity, and personal and intellectual growth that will support and encourage multi-generational learners.
