Hózhó Yoga at the Library

Come join us in April at the Main Library in Window Rock, AZ!

Join us as Deoné Newell from Hózhó Place will guide us through Vinyasa Yoga Flow! The word Vinyasa means "to place in a special way". Vinyasa is a yogic practice where poses are linked together by the breath. We will move through a series of poses while breathing in a meditative way, encouraging participants to practice mindfulness as a way to reduce stress and anxiety. We will end the session with a restorative Yin Yoga flow allowing the body to relax while listening to a guided meditation.

What to bring:

  • A Yoga mat
  • Water
  • An open mind :)
