Hózhó Yoga at the Library

Tuesdays and Thursdays in February, from 12 pm - 1 pm

Join us as Deoné Newell will guide us through Vinyasa Yoga Flow! The word Vinyasa means "to place in a special way". Vinyasa is a yogic practice where poses are linked together by the breath. We will move through a series of poses while breathing in a meditative way, encouraging participants to practice mindfulness as a way to reduce stress and anxiety. We will end the session with a restorative Yin Yoga flow allowing the body to relax while listening to a guided meditation.

What to bring:

  • A Yoga mat
  • Water
  • An open mind :)
